On all forms of water filters

The best form is reverse osmosis.

Why not distilled? It leaves chemical toxins in, even if it has a carbon pre-filter.
Why not a 7 stage? Because not every resin (ex kdf, zinc copper, activated alumina, ceramic, etc) catches every chemical toxin.
Why not a retarded water alkalinizer? Because heavy metals are still alkaline.
Why not Brita? Because it's stupid. It's just a stupid carbon filter that takes out chlorine and nothing else. There's hundreds of contaminants in tap water.

Fluoride and Aluminum

Just an easy post on fluoride and aluminum.

Iodine and Boron displace fluoride as they are halogens. No need for cilantro or borax.

Aluminum is displaced by magnesium.
